
Even though our tees are of the highest quality and have been tested in all conditions, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your munum purchase, simply contact one of our reps on team@munum.com.au and we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Provided we have that particular style in stock, we will happily exchange a tee free of charge. However, if we do not have any stock in a desired item, we will offer an exchange on the tee of your choice.
If you contact munum for any reason, we generally keep this correspondence for our records in your account. We do this to improve our customer service performance in the future. We will never share, sell or rent retained information with any third-party companies and will delete non-pertinent information when possible. All our transactions are processed through a secure (SSL Encrypted) server and credit card information is deleted immediately.
We also use a little thing called a cookie, which provides basic information about our customers and stores a file on your hard drive. This is used to retain cart and account information for when you return to our site.
